Where was the camera man when you needed him? It sounds like you are still finding ways to challenge the mind and body, and that is envious! Are you going to make deer camp this year?

What a wonderful story! Congratulations on a triumphant finish! BTW, I'm here via John Caddy. I can't remember exactly how, but he found out that I'm enchanted by the Yukon, even though I've never been there, so he let me know about your blog.

Hi Tom.I'm a little late looking at your blog.I just read your migration run.I couldn't help remembering our cross country season in 1968.I could picture you running in your size 9 womens blue shoes.I realy enjoy reading your blogs. They always conjure up old memories.I'm in Nome,Alaska now.Came up on 30 May.We have been running now for about 3 weeks.Finding some gold.Having a blast. There were a lot of birders here late May till now,but most have left.I have seen a lot of birds here that I have never seen before.I enjoy that.Well I know you're very busy so woun;t take up any more of your time.Goodby for now and have a nice fourth. Your friend Don

Hellow to the Andersons.Tom when is the last time you had your Comet hidden behind the chimney by the merry-go-round?Or tried to hum the Pink Panther tune without laughing.Hellow from Spooner,Wisconson and North Branch,Minnesota.I go back and forth between both places.Am not going to bore you with to much print.Just thought I would say hellow.I might be going back to Nome this June with Berk Lewis[the guy that had the large cats out towards
Kost] to mine for gold.It is a gravel pit type operation with smaller equipment.I talked to Scott late last fall and your mom a few weeks ago so I kind of know what you folks are doing.I only have internet at Spooner and am only here on weekends so if you send back it might take me a little while to get back to you.Well good by for now and look forward to exchanging with you soon.By the way I do not normally spell my name that way.Just thought I would thfow you off for a second.Your old friend Don.
